A wine that is produced to the highest environmental standards with all the work in the vineyards from pruning to harvest carried out under an Organic Management Program with German certification. The grapes were handpicked at optimum ripeness with the aim of producing an aromatic, fresh and balanced wine with all the characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is straw-yellow in colour with tints of green, bright and transparent. On the nose, it is fresh and citric with aromas of herbs and white peaches. On the palate, the freshness is foremost and is balanced with flavours of fresh tropical fruits.
