From 45 year old vines this is where Massolino really get into their stride. Creative wine making (fermentation at high temperature for only 3-5 days) followed by ageing in barriques for 24 months results in a more modern style of Nebbiolo. This makes for a wine which can be enjoyed young but still possesses considerable ageing potential. A very harmonious wine, elegant and refined - the ideal "wine for thought".
